How does the 30-day Free Trial work?
Sign up for a Trial and use Flowlett free for 30 days. Flowlett Support will contact you before the trial expires to:
- Gather feedback on the trial
- Assist you in converting to a STANDARD or a PLUS Plan.
If you decide not to convert, your trial will expire at the end of 30 days and your Account will be deleted.
Is there a contract involved?
There are no contracts for the STANDARD Plan. You can cancel at any time. Please note:- We automatically process credit card payments at the end of the month for the following month.
- Your first month’s subscription amount will be pro-rated depending on when you start the subscription.
- If you cancel after the 1st of the month, your account will remain active until the end of the month. You will not receive a refund but you will not be billed again.

Are there per-user fees?
Yes, for the STANDARD Plan. We do have a Unlimited Users option in the PLUS Plan.Can I upgrade or downgrade user count and/or storage at any time?
Yes, simply click on the "Account" link on your home page, and then click on the upgrade/downgrade link. Please note:
- If you upgrade after the 1st of the month, you will be charged on a pro-rated basis for the month.
- If you downgrade after the 1st of the month, your downgrade will be effective at the end of the month you will not receive a refund.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Certain PLUS Plan customers have the option to pay by credit card or by check.
